LandPro is a leading land planning consulting firm based in Ontario, Canada. Our service focuses on the Niagara Region, Haldimand, and Norfolk Counties, but we also work for our highly valued clients across Ontario in areas like Carleton Place, Huntsville, Gravenhurst, Kingston, and Sarnia.
Our Team
Our team of specialized and like-minded planners and designers offers more than 30 years of experience in Land use Planning, Development, Urban Design, Development Strategy, and project management.
We work with land owners, institutional investors, developers and business owners to navigate towards a solution for their land use problems, while negotiating with municipalities to reach their goals in a positive and stress-free manner.

This includes residents who live in the area and those with a stake in the project. We regularly represent our clients at open houses and public meetings before Committee and/or Council. If you’re a little shy speaking in public, we do the talking for you. If you’re used to speaking in public, we work with you to ensure all technical questions are answered. In the end, our role is YOUR choice!
