Since LandPro was established on the remote work model, we can provide top-notch planning services to our growing client base, regardless of location. To this end, we have worked on projects in Carleton Place, Huntsville, Gravenhurst, Kingston, and Sarnia while based in and serving the Niagara Region.

We prefer to work on unique often smaller projects that include multi-residential, commercial and industrial development.
Many of our competitors, by contrast, prefer larger developments, including suburban subdivisions and large-scale condominium towers, eschewing the smaller projects. We are completing several subdivisions for existing clients and love to do this work. We don’t just target this market.
Beyond our project focus, our strength is problem-solving and negotiation to achieve effective and practical solutions for our clients. This starts with a clear understanding of your project, through a written estimate, right through to visual presentations to the Committee and/or Council to demonstrate the merits of your project.
