We are excited to announce the launch of LandPro Planning Solutions Inc. (LandPro), which was previously Sullivan Planning Services Inc. The new company and re-branding are developed to reflect our growth. Continuing under Mike Sullivan's leadership, LandPro continues to provide our valued clients with the high-quality land planning services they expect. We are pleased to offer an expanded range of services, which now include land use planning, environmental planning, drafting & design, and strategic planning.  We encourage you to visit our services page to learn more.

BACKGROUND

Mike Sullivan started his own company in April 2016. The company has grown organically, largely through word of mouth and experienced significant growth in 2020. Considering current and future expansion opportunities, including adding new staff and corporate partnerships, it was time to take the company to the next level.  The journey of re-branding began. The name, LandPro Planning Solutions Inc., was an obvious winner!  

LandPro best describes the company offerings, provides a stand-alone brand, and allows the company to grow to new levels. We will continue to focus on unique and complex projects under this new brand while still providing our clients with clear, workable solutions for their land-use problems. We are land professionals who seek workable planning solutions for our clients.

HOW WILL THIS IMPACT OUR CLIENTS?

We have a new name, logo and brand, which will appear in our marketing and sales material. Mike Sullivan remains President and the organization's primary contact. We now have a team to service you, so please visit our team page to learn more.

WHEN DOES THIS HAPPEN?

It starts now!  Our new brand launched in February 2021.  Our cornerstone marketing platform is our website, which provides information about our services and our team, and offers online resources, such as our blog.

Mike Sullivan

With over three decades of experience in land use and environmental planning, I am passionate about finding solutions to unique and challenging land problems. As the President of LandPRO Planning Solutions, a land development consulting firm, I lead a team of professionals who specialize in land and development approvals, creative design/drafting, and strategic planning. We partner with clients across various regions in Ontario, delivering high-quality services and results.

My core competencies include urban development, rezonings, solving complex land use issues, public engagement, and negotiation. I hold the credentials of Registered Professional Planner (RPP) and Certified Canadian Planner (MCIP), and I have published several articles on planning topics in reputable journals. I am also a college lecturer and a lifelong learner, who values continuous improvement and innovation. My mission is to help communities thrive and grow, while respecting their form, feel, and energy.
