Me to We: Landpro Continues to Grow

My company has operated for over seven years now. During that time, clients hired me to do their planning work. More recently, ME has become WE, with a fantastic team of six to do this work, enabling WE to do much more than ME.

Now, we take a team approach to every project.

Today, you may still hire LandPro Planning based on my professional reputation. Being a planner for over 25 years provides experience you will benefit from. My team (WE) has been carefully built to leverage that experience to do more and better work. More often, WE come up with new solutions that solve your land problems in creative ways. This shows that WE offer added value to you.

Each team member is a planner with their own skills and interests. Added to that, we have the strategist, the politician, the communicator, the visualizer, the negotiator, and the technician. Each member brings clarity of thought, logic, and a desire to answer "Why?". Individually each member is strong. Together, we are a force. We share ideas, celebrate successes, and learn from mistakes. We ARE LandPro Planning Solutions!

ME, not WE, worked for years. Then business grew faster than ME could work on it.

My business grew organically initially, then morphed into a plan based on my vision. ME was no longer possible, so WE became the focus. Today, ME is not an option as WE has become our way. WE rely on each other to ask questions, solve problems, interpret the rules, vent our frustrations, support each other during challenging personal times, and share in celebrating each member's triumphs. It continues to amaze me how much my team has gelled and grown!
